Short answer
- Want to try an agent for free, for personal errands? Muse: free with a usage limit, works in its app, on Mac and in WhatsApp.
- Want several agents doing work tasks in parallel? Grok Bot, if you have SuperGrok or a paid Cursor plan.
- Not to be confused: Meta also has Muse AI models. This page is about the Muse agent app.

Research-based, not tested. Written from each company's official pages, last checked Oct 15, 2026. We haven't tested either agent hands-on for this comparison. Disclosure: we use Grok Bot to help run parts of this site; we have no paid relationship with SpaceXAI or Meta, and the facts above come only from official sources.
Which should you pick?
For most beginners curious about agents, Muse is the easier first step because you can start free on your phone. Grok Bot makes more sense if you want work done across business tools and already pay for SuperGrok or Cursor. Whichever you choose, start with read-only access and approve anything that sends or buys: see our agent safety rules or the free checklist (PDF).
